I'm with you -- I had thought I might have a little debate fun last night too, but it never really happened. THere were a few people pushing back at my breakout table, but a small minority. Wow - we have come a long way since Steve Rubel sais "Direct to consumer news releases suck" when reviewing my ebook.

Great post on the events of last night. David's discussion reminded me of Greg Jarboe of http://www.seo-pr.com/. Greg has been optimizing press releases for a number of years now, and blogs mainly in the SEO community.

I am hoping to record a podcast on the journalists not commenting question. Thanks for the name of the reporter, I did not catch it when I was there.
